Shipping, Refunds and Returns

Shipping

Delta-8 cannot be shipped to states with restrictions in place. If you are having trouble completing your order please check your state’s restrictions.

Please allow 2-3 business days for normal processing times and an additional 3-5 business days during high-volume periods (i.e. new collection release). Please note that business days are Monday-Friday.

Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days. Please note that any shipping carrier delays once we ship orders are out of our control.

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their orders are shipped out.  If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.

PLEASE NOTE: Signature is required for delivery. If you miss the delivery attempt please be sure to leave the signed form with your mail carrier to ensure you are able to receive it. If further attempts are made and you do not provide a signature, the package will be returned to us and your order will be refunded. ANY EXPEDITED SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO LACK OF CUSTOMER SIGNATURE.

Returns

Please carefully review your cart before completing your order as once it has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.

All CBD & Delta-8 product sales are final. The only exception is if you believe you have received a damaged or defective product. If you believe this to be the case, email us within 7 days or receiving your purchase with the following information: Name, order #, damaged/defective item description and photo showing damage and we will promptly assist you with a shipping label to return the defective device and issue a replacement or store credit upon receipt.
